“Really good sofa bed, great quality and well priced. Delivery was quicker than expected and the delivery men took great care in getting it successfully to its final destination etc. very pleased. Would recommend.”

“The price of our sofas was very fair and competitive. Payment process was simple and delivery date was clear. We were contacted by the delivery driver on the day and the people who delivered the sofas were very professional. We would be happy to purchase more goods in the future from Relax Sofas & Beds.”

“We cannot really fault any aspect of the ordering process. From the initial selection of the chair to the final payment, everything was smooth and easily accomplished. The lead time for manufacture was clear from the start and was achieved within time, Due to the logistical nature of deliveries, preferences for particular days are not an option, however a timely text from the driver en route, ensured we were available when he was scheduled to arrive. Whilst the attractive price reductions and inclusive delivery were a contributory factor in prompting us to place the order in the first place, our whole experience with "Relax Sofas & Beds" has ensured we will never be disappointed with our purchase.”

“A good product but felt the chair is not as comfortable as the one we tried in the showroom.we just hope it softens.”

Your chair will become more comfortable over time. The foam on the seat cushion will soften slightly during the first few months of use, so it will soon feel like the one you tried in the showroom.

“DELIVERY WAS WHEN I REQUESTED IT TO BE, TO FIT IN AFTER MY ROOM HAD BEEN DECORATED. THE DELIVERY MEN WERE VERY GOOD AT KEEPING ME ADVISED AS TO WHERE THEY WERE WHEN THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. I DID FIND IT A BIT ODD TO HAVE A DELIVERY AT NIGHT TIME, IN THE DARK. I LIVE ON MY OWN, AM ELDERLY AND HAD TO MAKE SURE I HAD SOMEONE AT HOME TO BE THERE AT THE TIME. THIS IS THE ONLY THING I WASN'T TOO HAPPY ABOUT. OTHER THAN THAT. ALL DELIVERED SAFELY AND PACKAGING REMOVED BY THE DELIVERY MEN. THANK YOU”
