“Everything from ordering online right through to delivery went smoothly and in the timescale outlined at the start. The delivery guys deserve a special mention as they were very helpful and accommodating and did their job with humour in spite of obviously being very busy.”

“Originally ordered this headboard with Very who sent me the wrong one and just left outside the front house when no one was home. Re-ordered with Relax and although lead time is slightly longer (as made to order) definitely worth the wait. Great service and delivery date confirmed by email from one of their team.”

“From the first time I spoke to the last, it was a joy to deal with this company. They were very precise and efficient. The sofa and two chairs are beautiful and very comfortable. The delivery came as told and the young men were quick and tidy. Best company we have ever dealt wth.”

“Having found the type of armchairs I was looking for I contacted Relax by phone and and found the young man very helpful. I then ordered them online and all went very well, I was kept informed of progress and the delivery arrangements. I was more than happy with the price I paid and felt my dealings with Relax to have been very positive. Many thanks to all concerned. M. White.”

“Richard is a great help. Always responds and chases things up. The sofa itself (Ashley manor) is a little firmer than I'd like. This is a problem when buying over the net, we don't try them out. The quality however, stitching etc is really top marks. Beautifully made. Delivery was very late and wasn't finished here till around 10-30pm or later. I was told at 4-45pm by the delivery office they were 20 mins away. Apparently I was supposed to be told of delay but that did not happen and left me extremely anxious and stressed over the next few hours what was happening. That could have been avoided by simply telling me the truth rather than what I feel to be a lie before her knocking off time. The delivery guys were brilliant and thank god they were willing to still deliver so late on for me. Appreciated after the stress caused earlier. BUT after all the stress of last night I will reiterate the suite is beautifully made and I'm quite impressed with it. Thank you Richard and delivery guys.”

“The order was placed without issues. The price of the sofa was better than on other web sites and the delivery was faster than expected. The delivery guys were friendly and helpfull and courteous. A pleasant buying experience. Thank you.”

“Delivery was a bit late but this was due to heavy traffic. The delivery men were excellent, put the sofa bed where we wanted it, unwrapped it, showed us how it worked and took all the packaging away, nice polite lads too!”
