“I had searched high and low for a reputable firm in my quest to find a lazyboy supplier. Relax ticked all the boxes with their range ( personally I opted for the all singing, all dancing Augustine Power rocking recliner with massage facilities). They gave me a realistic timeline on order placed to delivery and couldn't be happier.”

“Easy to order, user friendly website. Delivery very efficient with adjustable time slot. My only complaint is that the forecast 16 week lead time turned into 20 weeks, otherwise all very good.”

“Totally brilliant in every way. The website was easy to choose from and order from. The people who delivered and assembled the chairs were polite, efficient and helpful. The chairs themselves are marvellous in every way. I would definitely order from this company again and would recommend them all day long and twice on Sundays.”

“I love my new chair, it's super comfy and matches my sofa perfectly. If I have one criticism it is that 6 months us a long time to wait”

“Everything was fine- very pleasant me who worked quickly and efficiently. The one star lost firstly because the day was changed at the last minute, (reason given), Also on the morning there was a mistaken phone call which should have been for somebody else.”

“Great service. Ordered in January and came end of May as predicted. Only paid the rest of the money the day before delivery. Great delivery and collection of old chair too. Was given a four hour slot. Cuddle chair is lovely and well made. We’ve now ordered the sofa to match we like it that much.”
