“I ordered a equinox 700 detector that came with wireless headphones also included a pin pointer. This was delivered the next day I was shocked on how quick it was sent. I then ordered a spade and that was delivered next day after talking to staff. When I said I need light as only 5ft 4in they were so helpful. They definitely are the best company who know what they are talking about. Everything i got was light and fitting for me. Absolutely 💯 brilliant company 👏”

“They guys at Regton are fantastic! They are patient, knowledgeable, great humoured and also very generous. You never feel rushed off the phone. “Order cancelled without notice – poor communication and customer service I placed an order worth over £300 for a Nokta Simplex Ultra Beginner Pack through Regton’s website. The next day, I had to call them to find out it had been cancelled — there was no email, no call, and no notification at all. Their online chat was unresponsive, and when I finally reached someone by phone, there was no real apology or explanation. I’m still waiting for my refund. I was genuinely shocked by how poor the communication and customer service were in this case. For a specialist retailer in this hobby, this level of service is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from Regton again, and I strongly suggest other buyers proceed with caution before placing an order.”
