“I initally tried to order on line. Not sure what I wanted and so I asked can I talk with someone. Within minutes I was talking with a representative of Regton, could not have been more helpful and I then bought what was reccomended.”

“brilliant service yet AGAIN ....one of my deus coils and remote were not pairing ...the company checked both items found the fault .....updated series on remote ..cleared old homemade programs and no longer used coils .FREE OF CHARGE .then provided next day delivery ..Now that is why I use Regtons proper service”

“Ordering was quick and easy with excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong size coil and emailed Regtons who were very responsive and had no problem with me sending back the coil in replacement for the correct size. Instead of posting the new coil it was hand delivered at my home address which was greatly appreciated, thankyou”

“As always great Customer service from Regtons , i had orderd a new coil cover fo rmy 9" HF Coil but thought i orderd the right one , but i had in fact orderd the older one by mistake . I emailed Seb and explaind that i had orderd the wrong one by mistakei had used it the once . I was just expecting to pay and re order another new cover, but said dont worry on this occasion we will just send you out another new one free of charge . What fantastic customer service to the Regtons Team .”
