Ordered the item and I think it was about 30 minutes to an hour later it had been dispatched and arrived the next day can't get no better service than that

Friendly and helpful staff. Very patient explaining to a complete beginner. No pressures to buy or to buy bigger or better when I chose a basic model. All told a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Regton.

I ordered a barrel tumbler which did not work properly. I called and spoke to someone who had a very dismissive attitude but agreed i could return. After chasing up the return, I was told that the product was not faulty but just "tricky" to use and a 13 second video sent of it working. And so although the refund would be made, my return postage would not be covered. 13 seconds is not long enough to test a product that has to work for 2 hours, and was already wobbling on the clip. I then received an email with a longer clip, however was not the barrel I sent but their display model (I returned a black one and the video was of a grey barrel) along with an incredibly patronising email explaining how tumblers work ( i have used them for years). Just because the display model works, does not mean the one i purchased did The company's director has an appauling attitude and I shall never deal with them again

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. Having tested the returned unit, we were unable to find a fault with the product. We investigate every product which is returned to us. We did however, accept the return and issued a full refund as we want customers like yourself to be satisfied with their purchase. Please accept our apologies if our communication to you via email has come across as patronising that was not our intention. The first video was sent from one of our benches to demonstrate the product working, and a second, longer video was sent from our showroom to demonstrate the product working for a longer period. However, we do acknowledge that in different lighting, the barrel looks to be a different shade of black. We can confirm the product shown in both videos was the barreling kit which you had returned. I don’t usually write reviews but I must this time. To say the service was excellent is an understatement having ordered the wrong product. The result was honesty and transparency from both sides that resulted in understanding and genuine assistance to return the product and receive what I had wanted initially. I won’t use any other company based on this alone because it shows the company are dedicated to the customer, and profits are a by-product of this. Great service, great people, great company- thank you

Relatively new to the world of detecting but found the staff to be very helpful. Bought my Deus from them then returned for the pinpointer then the ruck sack then the elliptical coil and the spade. Great rewards scheme. Can't see me ordering from anywhere else.

Ordered a xterra elite, but unfortunately it was faulty, spoke to a man through email very helpful and they are sending me a new coil as they think that's the problem, hopefully it works ill leave an updated review once the problem has been solved

Really helpful when my account wouldn't open and quick to resolve the issue. Also the delivery time was excellent. The detector arrived but the head phones wouldn't charge so they sent me a replacement set which arrived on Saturday so I could use them on Sunday. Amazing service all round
