Had an issues ordering online using Regtons website. After messaging the company and explaining the issue the small items were posted to me with no postage fee. Items were replacement headphone earcups which arrived promptly and were exactly what I asked for. Very good customer service but the website ordering system needs a little improvement.

Compared to others that I have used in the past, I felt Regton was a bit slow. I also felt that delivery charges were high also.

Hello Julian, We are sorry for the delay in your book delivery. I can see the order was placed after we had closed on the 28 December and would not of been despatched until the next day by royal mail. All orders were completed and despatched on the 29, as we had an early collection being the last one before the New Year. This festive period I am sorry to say does slow delivery down for all. Being a hard back book and with its size there are minimum charges by Royal mail for this size of item . We endever to keep postage cost to a minimum at all times.

Web site gives hassle. Paid extra for next day delivery when I didn’t want one. Technical rep was excellent. My first choice was Regton, Slowly drifting to others.

Supplies goods well packaged in a timely manner. No response to concernes over recently purchased Nokta product despite sending a message and a video of the problem twice.

Was a little disappointed first deus 2 screws fell out no spares was sent deus 1 parts due to xp wasn't offered new stem,so had to sell at loss second purchase deus 2 box crushed maybe not your fault but outer paper wrapping not damaged so maybe it was packed that way have returned for refund as very disappointed not like regtons I've spent thousands over the years so I feel a little let down saddened 😔

I have bought many items from Regton so befour I purchased the Reaper coil I ask if this item was in the Black Friday sale I was told yes and there would an extra 10% off so a total saving of 20% when buying this item I only got the 10%off and was told cuz I was an existing customer that todays price would be 145£ which is 10% I phoned was asked to wait 5 mins to talk to manager phone went dead not the service I expected although they have been good in recent years.

Hello Shane, I'm sorry there seems to have been some confusion regarding the Black Friday offer, that was only on from Friday to Monday so the max discount we could attach would be 10% which we did. Don't know what happened with the dropped call & can only apologise for that.

Sent next day . £3 for a dust cap then £3 something for postage is not good nearly £7 in total.

The team worked hard to put my order out for next day. New to detecting and spent near £900 Team were helpful but it did feel a little laboured..

Paid £7 for next day delivery but it was late night I orderd so I knew it would more than likely be here on the Wednesday and not Tuesday it was still not here on the Thursday so sent an email asking when it would likely to be here and got no reply it arrived 6 - 7 days after my order was placed so paid £7 for nothing a no reply to email but the product is brilliant

Be careful what you order. I ordered a gift for my son, a Garret metal detector and they sent us a detector that was over £100 cheaper instead. Complained to them and they swapped it out but it wasn’t the best service.

Hello Simon, apologies for that, I looked into your order and can see we picked up the incorrect item & delivered the correct one at the same time, we've also changed the way items are picked to stop that mistake occurring again.

normally I cannot fault REGTONS, however in this instance there has been a number of errors.The item was bought by my wife as a birthday present who gave her contact details. However, all communication was sent to me as a previous customer , thereby spoiling the surprise.

Hello Peter, firstly apologies for inadvertently spoiling your surprise, obviously not intentional. I've looked at this order & can now see how this happened, your postcode had been used as an identifier rather than your wife's e-mail address as you've purchased from us before, not happened before as far as we aware but a lesson learnt & have now changed our procedure to reflect this, again apologies Regards Nigel

My item arrived next day however it would appear the courier was less than careful as the packaging was filthy and everything in the box was loose and rattling around, as it turns out the headset which goes with my metal detector is faulty / damaged, I emailed regtons about this and I was advised to make contact with LP detectors. This annoyed me as the item was brand new and I feel regtons should have replaced the headphones and the damaged ones returned to them otherwise I would have rated a 5.

Hello Michael, the only reason I suggested contacting the service center directly was to save time, I am refunding your carriage cost as promised & can only apologise for the filthy box, we have forwarded that comment onto the carriers as their vehicles 'should' be clean, this is another reason why we tend to brown paper wrap all boxes. Loyal customer but I had to keep repeating info to salesperson. Didn’t seem like they were focused and kept putting me on hold. Not sure their hearts in it?
