“Dealing with Regton randomly over the years and can only say every time they have been amazingly helpful with advice, great on prices for fixes or new ware, always extremely efficient and fast on delivery and postage, let alone extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with, from Reception to tech or rep, absolute delightful bunch. Highly recommended, personally need no further than Regtons for all my detecting needs.”

Helo Ian, we are sorry you feel ths way. Your Mi6 pinpointer was tested and found to be waterproof by submersion in water. Therefore the only way water and dirt can get past the cap seals is if the cap is not fitted correctly after charging. We offered and you accepted to clean your pin pointer fit a new circuit board and replaced the lithium battery at a fraction of the cost of a new Mi6
