“We are very lucky to have great customer service across most of the metal detecting industry, but 'Regton's' are by far the most dependable when it somes to their personal service. As always, whoever I deal with at Regton (in this instance it was Seb), takes the time to talk through any issues and give thorough detailed and accurate advice. This is especially important when you are making a big financial commitment, so you can be sure you are getting exactly what you want to make your detecting experience the best it can possibly be. As detectorists themselves, the team are sympathetic to our needs and understand exactly what we are talking about - They take the time to research and even test everything that comes into the shop, so they know about performance and expectation. In this instance, I was upgrading my Deus II with the HF coil and Stereo headphones. My purchase arrived within 24 hours, was extremely well packaged, and they'd even chucked in some merchandise, giving that extra special personal touch. As probably the longest trading family dealership in the business, caring for their customer base has become part of their mantra; seeing you through from your beginnings in metal detecting to talking tech with you as you advance. I don't hesitate to recommend Regton Ltd. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Polite, personal, professional and highly recommended. “I have used Regton previously and have always found them extremely helpful. This time, I purchased a new Minelab Equinox 900. Given the cost, I bought it via their offer of 12 months interest free credit. The whole process was a breeze. From start to finish including setting up the finance was done in less than an afternoon. I had my detector next day.”

“I was very pleased with the service I received from Regton. They re-set and dried out my Garratt carrot that was giving me issues and only charged me the postage. As a result I will most probably upgrade my detector with them at sopme point. :-)”
