“I'm a very happy customer of Regton, from the time I ordered my metal detector online to the day I received the package all straightforward. I paid £10.00 so I could receive it on a Saturday. MY CHOICE and I received a phone call from Regton the following day to make sure I hadn't made a mistake. Have bought items from them in the past and will continue to do so.”

“Having sent in a pair of WS5 headphones for the repair of the non contoller earphone, Regton upon a detailed and honest inspection found that there was far more wrong with the headphones than my initial concern. Although Regton said they could replace the parts affected, they couldn't guarantee that the repair would last long enough to be of value for cost of the repair. With this in mind I told them I would forget the repair and look for a second hand set. Regton then told me that they may have a second hand set for sale and would get back to me. A couple of hours later they phoned me to say they had an ex display set they could sell me. I bought them at a great price. Thank you Regton, I'm back in the field again.”
