“Excellent customer service with full care and help from the team. Thank you so much. I feel more than pleased to be a client here. The team have always reached out to help me with all my problems and made sure I got their emails within 24 hours. I have not had any problems being a client here at all and I am on the premium plan which I believe is the best plan to have since it covers so many things, and I always am treated nicely by their customer service team. Thank you once again for supporting me with all my inquires for three years and counting for Regency!!”

“The company has given me excellent service and received my claims back within 24 hours which is really fast for my injury which was very big, and the process was long. However, Regency made it very short, and I managed to get my money back fully in no time. This made me trust Regency one hundred percent since all the people there answered my question in the most professional and knowledgeable ways. Thank you so so much Regency For Expats.”

“Hey guys! This review is right from one of Regency’s longest client. I have been a client here for over 6 years and still going since there is nothing that I feel unhappy about and therefore really want to recommend this insurance for any expats. My claims were always paid back super-fast and the people working there are all super nice and caring.”

“Regency For Expats is the best insurance company. The claims get paid back so fast in less than a day. Also, I have been a client here for such a long time and I feel that they have treated me well with care. The employees there talk in a very professional and friendly way through both calls and emails. I feel that they really follow up with my case every time I have to make a claim.”

“This review is aimed to tell anyone who is searching for a health and life insurance for themselves or their loved ones. I totally understand that it is hard to find the perfect packages and promotions that fulfill your needs. However, at Regency For Expats, there are plenty of benefits that I have received form my package and the other main reason that I chose this company is because of their amazing customer service which is super responsive to all my questions and claims. The customer service at Regency is top tier since the people there know exactly what they are talking about and explained everything in the most professional and helpful way. “To start of with my feelings on Regency For Expats. I feel like all the negative reviews and one stars are all scammers or spams since I totally feel that it is very reliable and safe to be a client at Regency. This is because there have been only positive things that this company has done for me and I personally feel the love and care that the people in this company gave me. From looking after my documents when I made a claim and helping me going through the claims process in a very short amount of time since I told them I was in a rush.”

“Hello everyone, this review is pure honesty as I am a customer for this company. I have been renewing my policy for over 5 years now and I couldn’t be more than pleased with the way everything works. From the beginning of my journey, I had a very helpful sales person who guided me with all the advice I needed to choosing the correct plan that suits me best. “My claims were very big ones and it took such a short amount of time to process and get all the documents together from the hospital. “Bravo! Thanks to Regency For Expats, I have finally found the perfect insurance for myself and my family. The plans suit everyone in the family and everything works out perfectly. The customer service team are amazing from answering quick emails to very professional phone calls and always keeping me updated for my renewals. “My review for Regency For Expats would be short and simple, nothing to complain about at all only to proudly say how great they are! I chose the perfect plan for myself and my partner, it is the perfect plan since it covers all my needs and the requirements were perfect. I have been a client here for over four years and I can gladly say that it is the most reliable and trustworthy insurance I can ever ask for.
