“I can’t recommend Regency for Expats enough! From the very beginning, the team made everything easy, from choosing the right plan to setting up the policy while I was relocating. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and it really felt like they understood the challenges expats face. Special thanks to Emma from their client services team, who followed up regularly and made me feel supported throughout the entire process. Having good health insurance takes a lot of stress off living abroad, and with Regency, I feel secure and well taken care of.”

“I’ve been with Regency for Expats for about a year and a half now, and they’ve been excellent. Signing up was straightforward, and the team answered all my (many) questions without any pressure. What really stood out is how fast and easy it’s been to deal with them when I actually needed to use the insurance. I had to see a specialist earlier this year and everything from approval to reimbursement went smoothly, no crazy forms or long waits. Their customer service is also genuinely helpful, which is rare these days. It just feels like they actually care and aren’t trying to avoid paying out like some insurers. If you're living abroad and want decent coverage without the usual hassle, I’d definitely recommend giving them a look.”

“I do not recommend using this insurance for expats at all. Every time you file a claim, they change the person in charge, so you have to explain the whole situation over and over again. They are also very slow in approving inpatient surgeries. Even after paying for the insurance, you constantly have to follow up and remind them to send the letter of guarantee to the hospital. There’s always a delay of 2–3 days in their response, and each time it’s a different officer handling your case. It’s definitely not hassle-free.”

“They consistently refuse to pay claims, instead offering empty promises of 'processing.' I've waited five months for my claim, and it's still 'in process.' Avoid this company at all costs. If you're a current policyholder, please consider switching insurers next year. They will abandon you when you need them most.”
