“Cartridges delivered quickly. Only the Cyan/Magenta/Yellow cartridges were branded 'Refesh'. The other cartridges were unbranded. Cartridges not yet installed in printer so can't comment on print quality.”

“Although all the coloured cartridges fitted into my printer and work well the black one did not as it was not the correct size (ie not wide enough)..”

“The paper I ordered arrived within a couple of days but unfortunately was delivered to the wrong address. It was left on the front doorstep of a neighbour so I didn’t receive it for a couple more days. As it was a cardboard box and not wrapped my paper was not in excellent condition by the time I received it. Not the company’s fault, down to the courier but very annoying none the less.”

“After a number of contacts with Refresh it was considered that there was a problem with the new Refresh Cartridge PG450XL. Eventually a new cartridge was sent to me and the printing is now all good. Although it took a few days, the responses from Refresh Cartridges were constructive, and prompt in their replies.”

“Arrived quickly, I had a yellow cartridge which didnt work and appeard to be dry. Rather disapointing as I have used another supplier till now and never had a problem. I did a large purchase so I will wait till I have finished them to decide if I will continue with refresh”

“I wanted to replace yellow cartridge but I could not get it to fit. Am waiting to replace the cyan cartridge and if I have a problem replacing that I will be in touch. Have had printer for 6 years so I have replaced many cartridges in the past.”

“Cartridges worked a treat! Poorly packed, flimsy and damaged. Expected missing some contents as hole in packaging, but fortunately all good. More luck than wrapping effort.”

“I have been trying to resurrect an old printer. Had to perform multiple nozzle cleans and print test pages. Colour works ok. Black was terrible at first but improved greatly but not perfect. Colour cartridge ran out after about 10 nozzle clean and print routines.”

“I bought Hp62 compatible cartridges, black and coloured, for my HP Envy 7640 printer. Easy to order and delivery very good. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make my printer accept the alternative cartridges. I followed the helpful cleaning instructions enclosed with the cartridges but no joy. Disappointing.”

“Low cost alternative but the on cartridge chip is very susceptable to power spikes. If the chip fails the brother printer doesn't recognise the cartridge(s) and it's unusable.”
