“Have no problem with quality of the cartridges, but since UK left the EU and I live in Ireland, have the inconvenience and cost of having to pay import charges and fees that are almost as much as the cost of the cartridges themselves. In future therefore will look elsewhere for them where these costs don't apply”

“Delivered next day as scheduled although delivery driver was 2 hrs earlier than expected - no problem for me but could be for others. Would have preferred Royal Mail delivery who are excellent in my area. Cartridges just worked 1st time in my Canon printer. No pushback from the printer software related to non original cartridges.”

“Want a cartridge quickly ? - order from Refresh. Placed my order at 3pm , arrived 12 noon the next day. Fitted straight away, no problems. If it performs and lasts well I'l give an extra star”

“Excellent service and delivery of my order, of excellent value printer cartridges! For those of us who are proudly old skool, and still like using ink and paper :) we appreciate good value ink products in 2025! I only wish, that they still had a empty cart recycling service via post, which seems to be missing.”
