“refresh cartridges very good and good value , would have been 5 except for still showing my old address on invoices, this has come up before, so sort it out having moved nearly 4 years ago.”

“I ordered a full set of cartridges. Unfortunately the black cartridge did not work. However, when I contacted customer services, my call was answered quickly, response was pleasant and helpful, and replacement of my cartridge was quick (24 hour post). It's the first time I've used Refresh so I can't comment on the reliability of the cartridges. Hopefully the bad black cartridge was an unlucky fluke and I won't have problems in future.”
