“I've been using Refresh Cartridges for several years for Cannon & Epson printers without any problems. However, the last cartridges for my Epson printer required many "Power Cleans" before they would print correctly. This works out expensive as it uses ink from all six cartridges. I will continue to use Refresh Cartridges and hope this was a one-off as I have not experienced this previously.”

“Refresh cartridges would have had a 5 if they hadnt used DX Express to deliver, the driver hadnt delivered after 4 days as he wasnt capable of finding our address with multiple excuses. I sadly cancelled the order which DX Express managed to return next day. All the staff at Refresh did their best and were greatly helpful but sadly I wont be ordering again”

“Ordered hp343 colour and 337 black cartridges but the 337 failed to work. I contacted them and confirmed whether they had the chip inside so that the printer would read them and they confirmed that they did. They very quickly replaced the 337 for one which worked, the printer reads the ink level of the 343 colour but the printer does not read the levels of the black 337. The electrical contacts on the colour is nice and shiny but the contacts on the black is dull and looks cheaply made. I won't be buying any more because the quality of the black is not the same as the colour. Despite being disappointed with the quality of the black, I must say that customer service is excellent.”

“Cartridges work well generally but previously had a problem with two cyan cartridges that didn't work properly (I bought one elsewhere to prove to myself that it wasn't a printer fault). I hope that recently purchased carts will be OK - I don't need to change any at the moment so cannot check this out as yet.”

“Cheap and delivered quickly But........ run out of printing capacity even with 30% ink left showing on my Canon colour Laser Powder leaks from remanufactured catridges causing blotting and staining on printouts despite running printer clean programmes / manually cleaning Refresh have no provision to accept old cartridges for recycling which is unfortunate”

“While I have no problem with the products I am not impressed with the descriptive process. I wanted to order gloss finish card stock but had to take pot luck and ended up with matt finish. Disappointed!”

“Fitted the large black cartridge ok and it printed. Unfortunately ink leaked out copiously whilst unwrapping, so at this stage not terribly impressed.”

“The replacement drum supplied for my laser printer did not fit, but my complaint was very promptly answered and another replacement sent. In fact that did not fit either. I was issued with a prompt refund. So full marks for customer service but a black mark for supplying a product that was advertised for my printer but did not work.”

“Very fast service. The only problem I have is that I have developed a black line across all my printed sheets and I can't get rid of it. I did not have this with the old cartridge.”
