“Well, bought a pack of 3 cartridges, 2 black and 1 colour. Unfortunately the first black I tried was not accepted by the printer. Second one serms ok. Colour one hasn’t been tried yet.”

“I have used Refresh Cartridges for some time and they have always be very good in every aspect. This time there was a long delay in delivery, even though it was a 24hr service. This may be down to Royal Mail of course. However, I ordered a pack of 4 ink cartridges as I normally do and they usually come in a box as a dedicated pack. This time they came as 4 individual cartridges from different suppliers and it just seems bit cobbled together. I may have to look elsewhere unfortunately.”

“I’ve used Refresh a couple of times before, based on Which?’s recommendation - this time I was surprised and a little concerned that my order for a pack of six different colours for my Canon printer resulted in my receiving three different styles of cartridge, only one of which was the same as the Refresh cartridges that I’ve received before, and two of which were packaged under a completely different brand name! Not reassuring ....”

“Product and price are fine. Problem with courier DHL. Took several emails and social media complaints to get it sorted. Not happy. May try one more time with Refresh but if we have similar hassle then we shall find another company who can actually provide us with a decent service.”

“Latest order given was for a 4 pack of HP364 Inks. sadly, i received a mish mash of 4 different types of individual packs making up the 4 I ordered. Not very impressive!!”

“Hard to evaluate. My Canon printer indicates that the cartridges are empty or low, but still prints. Odd that the ink levels cannot be ascertained if they are refilled Canon originals. Without objective testing, I can't comment objectively on how their capacity compares to new brand replacements but my impression is that they last longer. Print quality is good but colour fastness for photographs is another important unknown.”

“I have previously used Refresh cartridge and although I am relatively happy with them, I have occasionally had to change ‘empty’ cartridges even tho they appear to still contain plenty of ink! Speedy delivery.”
