“I ordered some printer ink online and completed the payment, which included an additional charge because I lived in Europe rather than in the UK. My delivery was withheld by customs and I was asked to pay an amount similar to the purchase price to have it delivered. I think that this could have been made clear on ordering, in which case I would not have placed the order.”

“Let down badly by your courier. I’m pleased with your product, it’s price and the ease with which I selected it and it was dispatched. Well done Refresh Cartridges for your bit. You were even there for me when I tried to trace the ink cartridges 8 days after your expected delivery date. Appalling service Royal Mail - hiding the parcel in the shrubbery outside my property, not leaving a postcard giving information of where it was nor sending an email location that I could access.”

“Slick service and easy to locate and order specific cartridges. Good price and value for money. However several of the cartridge boxes were damaged upon arrival though it remains to be seen if any of the cartridges are damaged - time will tell.”

“This is the second order with one faulty cartridge which fairly you have replaced. I have noticed that the contact points on each faulty cartridge are obviously worn. Do you test cartridges prior to issue? Thanks”

“Cartridge didn't work, had to take the chip off my old toner cartridge and put on the new one to get it to work. Not the end of the world. Ok otherwise.”

“Ordering was very easy and simple especially being able to click on "re-order what I had last time." Delivery was quick - within 2 days via normal postman - who is therefore familiar with my "safe place" if I am out. I will not be fitting these cartridges for a few weeks so I cannot at this stage review their quality. My problems usually start when my Cannon printer rejects them because they are not genuine Cannon products. I then have to jump through hoops and sometimes confer with Refresh Cartridges to get them to work. Once or twice in the past the printer has rejected one or the other of the pair and reported "empty" !!!! Its a pain.”

“My Canon CL-541XL cartridge came in packaging which was not as illustrated on the Refresh Cartridges website when I ordered it. Inevitably that brings a concern as to whether it is a genuine Canon product.”

“Ordered a stack of Maxell DVD-R. Disc spindle base broke upon arrival and multiple issues getting discs to burn, resulting in many being thrown away.”

“What is it with internet sales people and reviews. I placed an order, I paid they delivered. Nothing more and nothing less than I expected. How come they don't leave reviews saying how wonderful their customers are?”

“I've been using Refresh Cartridges for several years for Cannon & Epson printers without any problems. However, the last cartridges for my Epson printer required many "Power Cleans" before they would print correctly. This works out expensive as it uses ink from all six cartridges. I will continue to use Refresh Cartridges and hope this was a one-off as I have not experienced this previously.”

“Refresh cartridges would have had a 5 if they hadnt used DX Express to deliver, the driver hadnt delivered after 4 days as he wasnt capable of finding our address with multiple excuses. I sadly cancelled the order which DX Express managed to return next day. All the staff at Refresh did their best and were greatly helpful but sadly I wont be ordering again”
