“Unfortunately the cartridges didn't work. This was not refresh's fault. Refreshing was very helpful when I phoned them& explained what to do. It seems when I signed up for the extended guarantee on my hp printer, I also signed to only use genuine hp ink. This must have been somewhere in the small print. Rather underhand of hp in my opinion. There guy other helpdesk was great& I have returned the unopened ones for credit. Top rate I'll be back when I get a new printer.”
