“Very quick delivery, I can't say how well the cartridges will work as I have just put them in.”

“The service and speed of delivery was great. However the replacement cartridge refuses to work on the printer, even though the printer and associated software recognise that it is a full tank. Nozzle cleaning etc done, along with the other troubleshooting tips but made no difference.”

“You did not tell DPD where we said to leave parcel safely. which caused DPD driver unnecessary journey which they don't get paid for. Otherwise you would have got 5 stars”

“I really needed the black cartridge but I ordered the st as I knew I would need them. Hard to identify them all without opening them. The black fit in and works but I cannot take it out. I will keep using it and put off fighting with the machine to "later". (unless you have advice. Otherwise, very personable service and quick responses. Thank you.”
