“Seems like a tightly run operation. My package arrived one day after I placed my order and was thoroughly packed. Though one of my cartridges was inexplicably defective, not socketing into the cradle of my printer correctly, I found the customer service both extremely swift and profesional upon contacting them. Within 10 minutes of emailing them, a replacement cartridge had been ordered to my address, free of charge, and arrived the next day. Though I was obviously disappointed with the faulty cartridge, the quality of customer service I received fully made up for this. I would happily use Refresh cartridges again.”

“I've been using Refresh Cartridges for a few years now and their inks work very well in my printer. What sets them apart is the ability to buy a set of inks and then customise it to meet my requirements. This means, I don't have to get colours I don't need, in favour of ones that I do. Orders are usually delivered in less than 24 hours. After sales service is excellent. They are very fast at answering queries.”
