“I ordered a twin pack of "Refresh Cartridges"-branded toner cartridges for an HP printer but one turned out to be faulty. Without delay, I was offered a refund or replacement cartridge. This arrived a couple of days later and worked fine. Problems happen but what matters is how they are handled and RefreshCartridges have done so very well.”

“Ordered 2 colour cartridges. One failed to be recognised by my printer for some reason, the other one was fine, so when I called Refresh they arranged for it to be replaced withiout question. Good service.”
