“Always delivered on time, and as advertised. Have mainly had good experience with the substitute cartridges, but recently one has not been as good, and replaced it with an original which cured the problem. However overall I would recommend Refresh cartridges and will continue to use them.”

“Excellent price, excellent service and more to the point the cartridge worked perfectly when installed despite being a compatible one rather than the original brand. My printer is well over 10 years old too so I was a bit concerned, but needlessly. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you!”

“So far so good. I've only started using one of the cartridges, but it is working perfectly and printing is indistinguishable from the Canon originals. I needed to contact support and they were extremely quick and helpful in solving my problem. Highly recommended.”

“Unfortunately the first cartridge I received didn't print properly. I reordered as I needed it quickly and was promised a refund which I am still waiting for. The replacement cartridge isn't printing correctly. I am still trying to work out if it's the cartridge or my canon printer which is fairly new,”
