“Haven't used any yet but Which? review is excellent. I can't recommend Customer Service too highly - they responded to my delivery problem in no time and solved it for me right away. Royal Mail had left the parcel lying on a garden path behind the gate.”

“Initially on a friend's recommendation, I have been using Refresh Cartridges with pleasure for around 10 years. They are cheaper and of larger volume than the Original Equipment Manufacturer cartridges, in my case, HP, and of good print quality. The web site / personal account is easy to use and when phoning the Torquay, Devon, UK staff they have always been polite and helpful. Deliveries by post have been prompt. On the rare occasion of a fault (eg. one in a batch bought 18 months ago, but opened a month ago) this was replaced easily and courteously. I also placed a new order by phone then too which was quickly delivered with the replacement.”

“I have an HP printer which unfortunateely does not accept non hp cartridges. They are expensive so I went onto Which and they gave a list of recommende suppliers. I checked prices with all on the list and having used Refresh before for another printer ordered my cartridges. My order was processed instantly, the price was very good and the order arrived next day. I am very impressed with the service and will definitely use Refresh for future orders. Basically, competitively priced, simple to order, efficient and quick delivery.”
