“Unfortunately this won't be so helpful as I would wish. My Brother Inkjet printer seemed to run out of ink and i ordered a new compatible cartridge from Refresh (a 'Which' recommendation'). Arrived the next day but the printer said 'ink not detected'. Refresh sent me another compatible cartridge but printer still did not accept it, even though I have been using compatibles for several years. Refresh refunded the cost of the compatible cartridges and I bought a 'Brother' original cartridge from them - they were good enough to send it by expedited delivery - but the printer still did not accept it, so I concluded the printer was truly faulty, and it has now gone to the printer graveyard. Great service from Refresh - but unfortunately not even Refresh could breathe life into a faulty printer.”
