“I started using Refresh in 2022, when I had problems with a Printer that Died on me. We have continued using Refresh ever since. Our original Invoices were for the same preferred range of cartridges Nos. 1103461, 1173075,1328509, but however, although when we reorder we never get the same range, it is always a cheaper looking range and they dont last as long”

“I wanted to replace yellow cartridge but I could not get it to fit. Am waiting to replace the cyan cartridge and if I have a problem replacing that I will be in touch. Have had printer for 6 years so I have replaced many cartridges in the past.”

“I have used Refresh Cartridges for a number of years, and have always been very happy with all of my purchases. Customer service is excellent and advice is only a phone call away. There are many copy cat firms out there, that lure you in with a cheaper price. Usually it ends in tears with either leaking cartridges or bits that break off. Refresh guarantee all of their cartridges and along with great and that is why I am proud to be a repeat customer.”

“Very happy with service, cartridges arrived next day even though it was a Saturday & a Bank Holiday weekend. The Tri-Colour was an HP 344 (Extra capacity) which my printer HP C3180 could not accept but a quick phonecall and a replacement HP 343 arrived next day. Superb customer service, great value, reliable and friendly. Could not have asked for more and Very Happy !”
