“I purchased a replacement cartridge for a Canon printer and had blank lines over any printing I did. Took some prints into refresh-Paignton and was told I had a faulty print head which was built into the cartridge and to return it. This I did and a replacement was supplied instantly without any quibble. How lovely that a local company cares for its customers and offers first-class service. Replacement was perfect as all the other cartridges that have been supplied over the years. Keep up the good service. My full recommendation is given for this business.”
