“Very good service. I accidentally ordered the wrong cartridges on-line, and didn't notice until I tried to fit one. I was able to telephone and order the correct ones. Refresh refunded all of my money on return of the incorrect cartridges including the one I had opened. Helpful and stress free.”

“I have used this firm before and their laser cartridges have worked well and been far more affordable than others. This time I had a problem with one but I was impressed with their response, apologising for the problem and shipping a replacement which arrived the next day. Follow-up email as well. Sometimes problems happen, it is the way a firm reacts that matters and Refresh Cartridges got it right. So I will continue to use them and recommend them to others. My thanks to Adam.”

“Couldn't be better! We placed an order for a large roll of bubble wrap at 4pm and received it just after 6 the same day. (It did help a tad that we live in the same town!!). We have used them before when buying printer cartridges and, more recently, for packing tape, labels etc for a house move and have always found them to be excellent. l👍😁”

“Delivery was exceptionally fast (as promised), well done! I can't give any opinion of the product yet because I haven't installed any in my printer yet. When I do I shall be looking for: 1) The cartridges should fit, and work with the printer. 2) The ink should not smudge or blot on the paper 3) The ink should not fade or change colour over time. ALL of these are essential requirements. We shall see!”
