“Still waiting on the majority of this order. The delivery through DX Express got my paper has been very poor as they only offer full day delivery spots and it’s impossible to speak to a human at their offices. They where unable to leave the boxes without a signature as well so they have wasted lots of my time so far.”

“Order arrived promptly and correctly. Unfortunately I couldn’t get my printer to work with one of the cartridges. On ringing Refresh to ask for help they were really helpful but we couldn’t resolve the problem. I received a replacement cartridge next day that worked perfectly. Couldn’t ask for better service.”

“Have been using refresh cartridges for many years and have always been very pleased with; the promptness of delivery, competitive prices and quality of printing for both original cartridges and re-built cartridges. I, therefore, intend to continue purchasing ink cartridges for my printer from Refresh. We were out when our most recent purchase arrive but I'm pretty certain it was by post. There's still a week or so to go before use but I'm confident that there was no damage and this has always been the case.”

“I have used Refresh Cartridges for some years now and have been completely satisfied. I have only had two cartridges that failed and that problem was solved straight away online. They replaced the cartridges free of charge, and I received them the next day. I will continue to use Refresh Cartridges in the future. M. Turner.”

“I received my cartridges on the next working day, put them into my printer and Bingo, straight away the printer was back working again. Have used them before, but I am not a big user. Nevertheless, they always do the job every time I come to infrequently use them.”
