“always been happy about their refresh cartridges, but this time their delivery was exceptional, ordered at 5.15 pm assuming that earliest delivery would be the next day, staggered to receive my order by 6.00 pm ....45 minutes, got to be a record, well done!”

“Thank you for delivering my order very quickly. However I thought you should know that on top of the £11 delivery charge to send to my home in France I also had to pay duty of 6 euros to La Poste before they would deliver it. On top of your increased postal charges this means that you are no longer as competitive as you used to be. Probably all because of Brexit but it will be a consideration in future.”
