“Refresh Cartridges deserves 5 Stars for their service and support. Unfortunately, Refresh Cartridges scores a round zero Stars, for their repeated failure to use my correct legal address in their delivery systems. My confirmed legal address is “Oaklands, 31 Fields Road, Alsager, Cheshire ST7 2NA”. Alsager is in Cheshire. I do not live in Stoke-on-Trent, or in its surrounding county of Staffordshire. Refresh are currently using another incorrect variant : “Oaklands, 31 Fields Road, Stoke-On-Trent ST7 2NA” This latest variant omits both my home town of Alsager (a major town with a population of over 15,000) and my address of Cheshire. They claim I live in ‘Stoke-On-Trent’, which is legally, administratively, regionally, politically and statistically incorrect. In this digital age, accuracy and reliability matter. When Refresh Cartridges learns that lesson, and uses my correct legal address, I will restore them to 5 Stars. Tim Gresty”

“Great value and long lasting. They don't dry out like the branded ones as I don't use the printer a lot. Couldn't believe the price and thought there must be a catch, but there isn't. Don't go anywhere else. The service is good too.”

“I purchased 2x cartridges for a Brother multi-function printer. I was a little sceptical as to compatibility given there are not "Brother Original units". However, I have loaded the 1str cartridge and the printer has accepted the cartridge and the ink quality shows no loss of quality.”
