“Excellent service and a very good alternative to Canon-branded cartridges, which are much more expensive. My Canon TS8250 printer accepts these cartridges as genuine, so that's a real plus point as well. The only slight problem I have is that often the cartridges will run out of ink before the Canon status indicator shows that they are empty, but I have no idea whether that is a shortcoming in the printer software or the cartridges themselves. Either way, it's not a big deal, as it soon becomes pretty obvious when one of the cartridges has ceased to provide ink.”

“Easy-to-use website for ordering. Wide range of cartridges (new and remanufactured). Good prices. Very prompt despatch and free carriage. I have used Refresh for several years, and always go to them first. Many cartridges can be returned f.o.c. for recycling. ... And now they have shops in Newton Abbot and Torquay!”

“I haven't tried your inks yet; but they come recommended by a reliable source. I am impressed that I found a video on youtube that solved my printer problem - ink absorber pad 'error 46 unable to clean' on my DCP-197C inkjet printer. Following the video I was able to reset the purge counter; and the printer is now working normally. It seems that refresh offer much more than ink supplies.”
