“When my current print cartridges ran out I was really not sure whether I should order from Refresh or any third party supplier especially as it is several years since I had last bought cartridges. However I needn't have worried, I ordered a set of colour and black cartridges, there was no shipping charge, which is a big plus, the price was competitive and they arrived very quickly. I was worried in case they didn't work as my brand of printer is notorious for not accepting third party cartridges but so far I have used two of them (a blue one and a yellow one) and everything has gone well and I am very happy with the print quality. The packaging of the cartridges was fairly plain and simple but I don't want to pay for fancy packaging so the Refresh packaging worked well for me. Overall I am very pleased with the product and the service so would definitely recommend Refresh.”
