“I had trouble with a refresh cartridge that I had purchased some time ago. I referred the matter to Refresh and they immediately sent me a new one to replace the one I had just installed in my printer. Terrific response and service. Most impressed.”

“Thank you for prompt service I was attempting to revive a Epson XP 425 aio that had been idle for 5 yrs I reset the WIC to 80% and cleaned the printheads Printer goes through all the right motions, but nothing appears on the page Had to abandon and fork out for a new printer regards Mike J”

“I ordered a cartridge for my Epson Picturemate 500 as unable to find original cartridges anymore. The item arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the item leaked. I contacted Refresh, via email, and within two days I received a replacement. Fantastic customer service. I'm yet to see how this item performs, but due to their amazing customer service I'll definitely use this company again.”

“Disappointed that the cartridges have failed to work. I have emailed you and Chris is trying to resolve the problem Thanks Chris! Unfortunately, urgent documents which needed to be printed and sent off are still waiting to be printed. The b&w prints at the moment are spluttered with cyan and I can’t send them.”
