“Super customer service. First black ink cartridge sent didn't work effectively. I contacted customer service and the lady immediately sent a replacement of the same type. This arrived the following day. Unfortunately this didn't work well either. I called a second time and the lady sent a different suppliers cartridge which again arrived the following day. This one works brilliantly! I would have no hesitation in recommending the company and will use them again. Many thanks for all your help. Much appreciated.”
