“I ordered a cartridge for my Epson Picturemate 500 as unable to find original cartridges anymore. The item arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the item leaked. I contacted Refresh, via email, and within two days I received a replacement. Fantastic customer service. I'm yet to see how this item performs, but due to their amazing customer service I'll definitely use this company again.”

“Disappointed that the cartridges have failed to work. I have emailed you and Chris is trying to resolve the problem Thanks Chris! Unfortunately, urgent documents which needed to be printed and sent off are still waiting to be printed. The b&w prints at the moment are spluttered with cyan and I can’t send them.”

“I was looking at Which? magazine for a recommended printer cartridges supplier for my Epson printer. As the article mentioned Refresh favourably I thought I would give them a try. Their prices were very competitive and ordering through their website very simple. Delivery was super quick, with no extra charge. The quality of printing using their cartridges was very good so I am a satisfied customer for sure.”
