“I have been buying toner ink from refresh cartridges for 3 years now. Only once I had a problem the chip didnt reconise the toner catridge. They swapped it out for me noproblem just exchanged it the next day. I sometimes do a lot of printing for my local church and I looked everywhere on the internet for a good price toner catridge and refresh catridges have always been the cheapest even with there larger compacity catridges. Sometimes you only know how good a company is is when you have a problem well that time 1 of the toners didnt get reconised the company swapped it out noproblem and good service. I would give them 5 stars”

“I had a small issue with the catridge - I realized they sent a standard cartridge ond not XXL. Wrote and got a reply next day on a Saturday from Chris, offering to send the correct cartridge. It arrived 3 days later. This was excellent service to correc t the issue with little fuss.”
