“The Inks I ordered arrived very quickly, Following Refresh Cartidge's You Tube instructions for refilling my Canon TS3150 Cartridges however did not produce any good results. However I persevered and soaked them in 50% Isopropyl alcohol and water for 48 hours before the Color cartridge cleared. Then pushing a bit of air through the Black cartridge bought it back to life. Printing very well now.”

“Had not seen Refresh Cartridges previously and decided to give them a trial when I found my existing replacement cartridges (not OEM) were either not being recognised or leaving gaps. Have so far changed 2 of the 4 i purchased and the improvement was immediate. My Printer recognised the cartidges and the quality was very good with sharp colour and black print. So far a definite 5 star result.”

“Prompt delivery and reliable products. I did have a problem recently, when I ordered 3 sets of cartridges from the 'previous orders' section of the website. When they were delivered and I promptly opened one of them to fit, I soon realised that it wasn't the correct cartridge for my newest printer, but was for my older, but still working, printer. So my point is: it would be great if each 'previous order' item could be linked to the name of the printer's name, for which it is intended. This would have avoided my situation where I have far more spare cartridges for my old (non-wifi) printer than I have for my new one. PS Please don't tell me that this facility is already there!”
