“After some years of buying ink from various sources, I have settled on Refresh Cartridges and no longer look elsewhere. They have been most professional about helping when I have had difficulty with a cartridge, offering advice or even a refund. Now that I have a printer with individual colour cartridges, they will allow customising their multipacks to compensate for colours that are consumed quickly. Their admin with my account is flawless and gives me a record of how I am using the ink. Excellent.”

“I have a 9 year old HP Photosmart printer that has quite happily been running on Refresh ink cartridges for the last 3 years. Recently it ran out of black, so I ordered a fresh supply from Refresh, including colours. They were swiftly delivered, but when I inserted the black, my printer said the cartridge was missing or faulty. I inserted another new one and had the same problem. I contacted Refresh and they were very helpful in trying to solve my problem, eventually sending me another black FOC. Over the last week, I reached the conclusion that the problem was the printer and not the cartridges, so I was actively looking to buy a new printer. However, yesterday I turned the printer on for one last time and it worked, I have no idea what the issue was, but for now, it is working. Many thanks to Refresh for their help.”
