“By mistake, I gave refresh cartridges an incorrect address. When the item was returned to them, they contacted me promptly by email and once I gave them my correct address, I received the order within 24 hours. Excellent customer service”

“Each time I order my Canon cartridges I can be certain that they will arrive the following day in the post. There was only one time over the years when they didn't arrive - we do not know why - but Refresh cartridges sent me replacements. Excellent company.”
