“Hi, My last order was for 202XL compatible cartridges. I buy these from you as I can order 5 of any mixed cartridge colours and so can balance uneven colour usage that occurs. Unless I clicked on the wrong link you delivered the standard pack instead of the 2,2,1 mix that I selected. I hope that makes sense. On this occasion, I was happy to keep the standard pack as I use a lot of ink and will shortly need to order from you again. Life is confusing at times! Regards, Eric Page.”

“These cartridges are brilliant! Both in colour and value. I print a lot of digital images, and I have not been disappointed. I think we all shop around for the best price for a great product and often if something appears too good to be true, we give it a miss. I am so glad I didn't the quality of the ink and the amount in the cartridges is one of the best I've tried and that includes the manufacturers own! And the delivery is always the next day.”

“Brilliant company, support & service - phoned them about head cleaning fluid & advised not to use it as it can damage the heads. ordered replacement cartridges at an excellent price & after 2 maintenance head cleaning sessions, perfect printing! Many thanks, Refresh Cartridges.”

“Ordered a black ink remanufactured cartridge (PG540 XL) for my Canon Pixma MX475. Unfortunately the first cartridge supplied had nozzle issues (print gaps). Refresh apologised and sent me a replacement, but this too had similar problems and so I decided to buy an original cartridge through Refresh which worked fine. Refresh staff were very helpful during this process, but this is the second time in 2 years I've received remanufactured cartridges from Refresh that have not worked properly. I get it that these cartridges are being recycled and they are £10 cheaper than the originals, but if they don't work they aren't worth the hassle. Refresh said my experience was unusual, so who knows, but I'm done with buying remanufactured cartridges irrespective of the cost saving and customer service behind them.”
