“Excellent customer service. I had been using HP Instant Ink cartridges. When they increased it from £1.99/month to £2.99 I cancelled it. I bought refurbished ones which unfortunately were rejected by the printer as 'incompatible'. I went ahead and returned them and purchased Original HP cartridges from Refresh. They were exceptionally helpful, just a pity the printer was programmed to reject anything not HP.”

“These are FANTASTIC compatibles for my Epson Expression Premium 530. Not only that, they are a great price and delivery is super quick. I'm a regular customer and occasionally check alternatives but they can't be beaten on price and I know the quality is constantly reliable.”
