“This isn't a review of the cartridges themselves as I have yet to use one, which is likely to be in a few days' time as my printer is showing 2 "about to run out of toner" lights. So, this is more to do with their service. I ordered 3 sets of cartridges for my Dell 1320c on 7th February and received an email saying they had been despatched later that day. However, by the 14th February, they hadn't arrived, which prompted me to call their number. The helpful lady there (Tori) chased them up from their own suppliers and promised to phone me back asap. This she did and, sounding rather narked about their suppliers, told me they had delayed sending the order out because they were short of 2 o the cyan cartridges but hadn't informed Refresh Cartridges of that fact. She ordered them to send out the ones they had, sourced two other cyan cartridges from another supplier and got those sent to me within 24 hours. Very helpful and excellent service. I will be using them again.”

“I've been using Refresh Cartridges for several years for Cannon & Epson printers without any problems. However, the last cartridges for my Epson printer required many "Power Cleans" before they would print correctly. This works out expensive as it uses ink from all six cartridges. I will continue to use Refresh Cartridges and hope this was a one-off as I have not experienced this previously.”
