Ordering was very easy and simple especially being able to click on "re-order what I had last time." Delivery was quick - within 2 days via normal postman - who is therefore familiar with my "safe place" if I am out. I will not be fitting these cartridges for a few weeks so I cannot at this stage review their quality. My problems usually start when my Cannon printer rejects them because they are not genuine Cannon products. I then have to jump through hoops and sometimes confer with Refresh Cartridges to get them to work. Once or twice in the past the printer has rejected one or the other of the pair and reported "empty" !!!! Its a pain.
