“Phoned did my order over the phone to an excellent lady. Cartridges arrived next day! Crazy such quick service. unbelievable. Why would I need to go into town looking in shops to find my cartridges! When refresh offer such a superb service. I live in a street and the cartridges won't go in my letterbox. I would like refresh to look at delivering to a post office or a shop local to me who accepts deliveries. Pamela Fitzgerald”
