“This truly is a five star company. I received some really helpful advice I was able to source a replacement that was suitable for me. They have sent no quibble replacement cartridges on next day free delivery. They even credited me on cartridges I have sent back that no longer fit my new printer again on a next day delivery. These replacements where ordered at 4.30pm and they arrived before 12.30pm the next day! When I have had to phone everybody you speak to are very helpful, cheery and knowledgeable.I'll never go anywhere else!”

“On installing both your colour and black cartridges, an error message is displayed saying: Canon MG3600 series PrinterUSB991 "An ink certridge cannot be recognised". Estimated ink levels" and appear to show full levels. On trying to print a single page document, in black, an error message displays saying: "Canon MG3600 series PrinterUSB991 Support Code 1684 The following cartfidge cannot be recognised Black" I have saved these messages but have not been able to copy them here.
