“I ordered a bundle pack of cartridges for my aging cannon printer. I tried one and a fault code appeared. I contacted customer service who were really helpful, It was agreed that I try the others in the bundle which were all OK. I informed customer service who promptly sens a replacement for the faulty cartridge. I highly recommend this company. 10 out of 10. Stephen.”
