“Lovely colour for the jumper, nice lettering, lovely quality to the material. Sadly the sizing I feel has come up small and the deadline had passed once jumper was received to be able to reorder another.”

“This is our 2nd batch of PE t shirts as the other ones have shrunk in the wash. Also disappointing the deliver free to school option has disappeared and postage is almost £5 just for 2 t shirts.”

Good afternoon Helen. Thank you for your honest review and I am sorry that in this instance you are disappointed with the quality of the t-shirts. I would be happy to raise this issue with the school to see if they have had any other negative feedback. In terms of the deliver to school option. This isn't something that we offer on any of our standard school uniform items as it causes extra work and administration for the schools themselves. We only use this option for bulk ordered items such as leavers hoodies. We do however offer a free delivery option for all orders over £45

“Not happy with the delivery process. Pay £5 delivery and it's not tracked, so guess what royal mail think is okay to do when your not in? throw it over your garden gate, don't leave a calling card and allow your goods to get spoiled by the rain. I have no idea how long it sat in the garden but we have had down pours of rain so it got into the packaging. Not happy!”

Good afternoon Roberta I am so sorry to hear that you have had problems with your delivery. Unfortunately, with smaller packages we are unable to use a courier service without increasing our delivery costs and for logistical reasons we are unable to use a tracked service with the Royal Mail. We do send most of our parcels out in waterproof bags, which I believe was the case with your order. I would urge you to take this matter up with your local sorting office as your parcel should certainly not have been treated this way. Kindest regards

Thank you for your review Helen. Unfortunately, the items you ordered are 'Made to Order' specifically for the school and as such, following the busy back to school period, we found ourselves out of one or two sizes. Made to order items can take months from ordering and unfortunately, the sizes in your items were ones that we had run out of at the end of the school holidays.
