To be honest I am happy with the quality of the products and material and finishing all looks good. But a serious concern is about the online order facility. It took around 17 days to deliver (check the payment and delivery receipt) and there was no clear updates from the team about the delay. Apart from that its quiet good, but that is something the company should improve.

I am very unhappy with the purchase of a school jumper for my daughter. The price and delivery were fine, but after a wash cycle at 40 degrees, it had shrunk and is now useless. £22 down the drain….

Good afternoon Joanne. Thank you for taking the time to submit your review and I am sorry to hear that on this occasion, you were unhappy with the quality of your purchase. I am a little surprised to read this as we do choose these jumpers for many reasons, one of which is because of their mix of acrylic and cotton, they are not subject to shrinkage. Easy ordering process however non response to queries of lack of delivery and no phones answered, after a month of waiting someone finally answered and funnily enough the order arrived 3 days later! Was the order forgotten, was something out of stock... who knows! a little communication goes a long way. When recieved the products were lovely.

Very disappointed with the communication between seller and client !! I’ve been waiting for my order for so many weeks and no one reply to my emails and to my voice mails ! Now I had to send it back. I can not wait to see how long it will take for an exchange!

Thank you for your review Ionica . I can only apologise for the lack of communication you have experienced in respect of your recent order. Over the last weeks of the school holidays and well into September we had experienced a higher than usual spike in orders and visitors to the shop and for that reason, we had been concentrating all of our resources on getting as many orders fulfilled as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this meant that we were unable to respond to enquiries in the timely manor we aim for. In addition to this, there are certain items such as the items you ordered that are made to order for the schools and again, unfortunately, this can take a great deal longer than the usual turnaround time. We would usually aim to communicate this with our customers when this happens and again, I apologise for this not being the case in this instance.

Happy with the order but sometimes I have waited 2 and and half weeks after the order was placed to receive it and other times it arrives within a week. It’s great when it arrives quick but an update would be good if stock hasn’t arrived and the order will take over 14 working days to arrive.

Only 4 stars because de delivery time was much longer then expected and my parcel was shipped probably because I called them to find about my order which was definitely forgotten! I do recommend to go to their store in Basildon rather than order online!

The grey girls tights age 9-10 years ripped and got a hole in under the crutch area within the first week of wearing them, and came up very small for my 8 year old.

I’m afraid my review isn’t great as it took 4 weeks for my order to arrive. I sent 2 emails which no one ever replied to and when I phoned although helpful I was promised a call back which never came. Even though I was assured the products were in stock they didn’t arrive and when I phoned again they hadn’t been sent. That person kindly posted and they arrived the next day but I placed the order on 29th August and products arrived 22nd September! I like to support small business and avoid Amazon etc when I can but in this instance it wasn’t a good experience

I only needed a tie and feel the postage was too high. I would have happily waited for it to be dispatched to school (one of my other children’s schools does this) and saved on postage. The tie is fine!

The content of the order was ok. But it was very frustrating to not get any updates on the status of the order for two weeks. And in the end it looked like my order was stuck somewhere, because only upon calling Red Oak I got a notificaiton that my order has been shipped.

Very bad service . I Left voicemail had a call back inform me extremely busy. I have waited 2 weeks since placing order still not received item and we are going into 3 week term. I have emailed and called no response.

Love you guys ….. Quick service, great. But I only ordered a tie and was charged the full delivery cost of £5.95. The tie would fit in a standard envelope so I think the cost of delivery for one tie is over the top!

Hi Kathleen, Thank you for your review, and we are so happy that you love our products :-) We completely understand your point re postage, however £4.95 is just our standard delivery option which we can't change. We like to offer parents other options outside of our standard delivery. We have our physical shop and also come to schools with our pop up shop facility. We are also in the process of setting up a 'collect from store' option which should be live before the end of the year :-)

Customer service is amazing! Called up with an issue as I realised delivery may come too late to try things on and then get the correct size (daughter isn’t standard age size) and I was given a couple of options to make sure I got the delivery before a certain date. Luckily the uniform arrived before that date and all was perfect, the best uniform quality iv had! Thank you
