Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your hoodie. I have just checked the listing for you and I can confirm that the design chosen by the person organising the hoodies does not include the option to add a name to the back of the hoodie. This is shown in the design advertised online so that you can be aware of the options when ordering.

Good morning Angelina. I am sorry you seem to be having problems with your delivery. Unfortunately, this time of year we are at the mercy of delivery agents being much busier than usual so I am sorry you haven't received your package within the time frame we would expect. Although our shop is closed on a Monday, we do have our staff available to take calls. Please feel free to call and we will try to help.

“Lorraine and the team were so extremely helpful in getting my child's year groups leavers hoodies and tshirts ordered in time for their PGL trip. They suggested a great design and customized it for us all while working to a very tight deadline. The hoodies are an excellent quality and wash very well. All parents were also really happy with the price. I will be recommended red oak wear to parents again.”

“Considering the expense and the huge hike in postage price I would have expected to have received the item to arrive a lot sooner, these extraordinary high prices have never made sense but we do it for the children, which I've never had a problem with, but charging soo much, if at all for postage is ludicrous.”

Thank you for taking the time to review and I am sorry you are disappointed with both the price and the service. If I could take a moment to explain. Leavers Hoodies are requested and arranged by the School and as such, it is the school who make the decision about the postage. With a lot of our schools, they actually receive the hoodies in bulk which saves the parents money on delivery. However, as this is quite a large secondary school, the administration involved in this would be quite time consuming for them. It is always difficult as a smaller business to compete with cheap and free delivery services of the larger companies such as Amazon but we simply cannot apply the cost savings that they would be able to. Our delivery costs take into account other aspects such as the time it takes to process / pack orders etc. In terms of the speed of delivery. Again, we have to leave the listing open for a period of time agreed with the school. This is because the leavers hoodies are a 'bulk produced' item so we have to wait for the listing to end before we can put into production. We do give as much information on this as possible on the listing itself and do clearly state both the Listing Closing date and the production time after this date.

Your order was sent to the school on the 26th June. Could you please speak with the school to locate your order. I am sorry they did not relay this to you as well.
