“Good quality and arrived on time. My only issue to the price of the postage, it’s too much!”

“To be honest I am happy with the quality of the products and material and finishing all looks good. But a serious concern is about the online order facility. It took around 17 days to deliver (check the payment and delivery receipt) and there was no clear updates from the team about the delay. Apart from that its quiet good, but that is something the company should improve.”

“Happy with the order but sometimes I have waited 2 and and half weeks after the order was placed to receive it and other times it arrives within a week. It’s great when it arrives quick but an update would be good if stock hasn’t arrived and the order will take over 14 working days to arrive.”

“Only 4 stars because de delivery time was much longer then expected and my parcel was shipped probably because I called them to find about my order which was definitely forgotten! I do recommend to go to their store in Basildon rather than order online!”

“I received my order within the delivery timeframe stated on the website and in my order confirmation email, which was great! When my order arrived, I realised there was print missing from it, so I used the website's enquiry form and got a response within 24 hours from a lovely person called Rowan. They sent me a brand new order with the print on it and said I could keep the incorrect order too! If I ever want a personalised hoodie or jumper again, I will definitely be purchasing from Red Oak! :)”

“Lovely colour for the jumper, nice lettering, lovely quality to the material. Sadly the sizing I feel has come up small and the deadline had passed once jumper was received to be able to reorder another.”

“Wish that the sizes of the clothes explained more so length of trousers for example, also the quality of the uniform not amazing ,,, like the jumper really big but short sleeved. Should do a tall range or petit ? Polos shirt but wide .. my boy is tall and skinny so had to size up but baggy. Also the tag/label was not put on a seam so when removed left a hole,”

“Ordered a jumper and they sent a tank top but are sending a jumper out and a return bag for the tank top. Ordered a skirt but not due in stock until December 3 months after the start of term. They did ask if I wanted to cancel the order or wait though”
