“They come up very skinny in size. Arms were long enough but even buying a small my son will grow out of it really quickly especially since its not jumper weather when they get sent out. They should do tshirts instead.”

Thank you for your honest review and we are sorry you're not entirely happy with your purchase. Unfortunately, it is always difficult when buying items online as we only have limited measurements available from our suppliers and each child is individual in size. In relation to the T-shirts. We do specialise in both Leavers Hoodies and T-Shirts but we are governed by the wishes of the school or the hoodie co-ordinator as to what we are allowed to offer. We will feed your thoughts back to the school for next year.

“I haven’t got the parcel yet as the Royal Mail says they’re no one at home. I put an alternative choice to leave it in front of the door, but they didn’t. However, I stayed at home and no one came, then I got an email saying we missed u . Just Royal Mail …… I wrote many times just leaving it in front of the door”

I am sorry to hear that you have had issues with your delivery. Unfortunately, as hard as we try to get parcels out in a timely manner, occasionally our delivery partners do let us down. As the party shipping the goods, we are unable to progress these deliveries on your behalf as often, they will only speak with the recipient. I will of course log your complaint with our Royal Mail representative and I hope that this is an isolated event.

“Prompt and good service. Quality of jogging bottoms is poor considering how much they cost. The material is very thin and you can easily see through them without even holding up to the light.”
