I am still waiting for my package and it has been nearly a month since I ordered the item. No tracking number on the package. I currently feel like I have paid £10 for a UoN hoodie and not going to get it or maybe in 2024?

We are sorry to hear that you have had problems with your order. Due to the Christmas rush, we have had some slight delays in sending out some of the orders and unfortunately, yours was one of those orders. I can confirm however, that is was despatched via 1st Class Royal Mail on the 13th December. Whilst, we would ordinarily have expected this to have arrived with you by now, I feel that unfortunately, your package may have got caught up with the higher demand on the Royal Mail this time of year so we would kindly request you give it a little more time to arrive. If you have not received your package by the 27th December, please do email us on rowan@redoakroller.co.uk and let us know and we will get a replacement underway for you.

Delivery time is ridiculous (10-14 working days) And sizes aren’t in familiar. Each time when I place the order I need to check on the Google for accurate size. Still some sizes were out of stock. If out of stock how could we send our kids to school as no other suppliers there!

Good morning Sangarapillai I would like to take a moment to respond to your review. School uniform such as that supplied for Oakfield School is often 'made to order' specifically for the school and this is the case with alot of items in your order. We allow 10-14 days for despatching of our online orders to allow us to try to source any sizes/items that we may not have in stock at the time but are able to pick up within a few days. We find this far more effective and reliable than having to constantly mark items temporarily out of stock, as particularly at this time of year, stock does move in and out within minutes/hours and it would be impossible to keep up with. Some items, due to the 'made to order' issue mentioned above, do have much longer lead times and this also allows us time to communciate with our suppliers to ensure we can give you as accurate as possible information if we should need to let you know it is out of stock. Using various manufacturers (in line with the school's requirements for their uniform) also means that the sizing will often be different from one garment to the next and as such, we do aim to put as much information as possible on our listings on our website (i.e. chest size, waist size) to enable you to measure and make the best choices. In addition to this, we do also have a shop you can visit so that you can try on the uniform (particularly for the first time) and either purchase and take away or order whilst in store. We went to the school to purchase the school uniform at a pop up shop. Had 11am appointment, early so expected to be able to try on all sizes. They didn’t have many of the sizes needed or any of the uniform the purchase there and then. Had to come home and order online still not knowing the size needed. Once I ordered the uniform it stated delivery 7-10 days. Waiting well over 4 weeks for the uniform to arrive. Not good service at all. Now going away and not much time to change wrong size uniform. Having ordered on 2nd July I thought I wld be organised and plenty of time. It is now 17th august and going away it will be a rush to get organised for the start of school. Not impressed at all.

Dreadful service. Ordered and paid for home delivery. Over almost 3 weeks later was told my order had to be delivered to school. Postage refunded but over 2 months since ordering I still dint have my items.

Good afternoon Sarah. I am sorry that you are dissapointed with the service you have received with your order. Our instructions with the leavers hoodies come from the school. Firstly, the reason for the long lead time is due to the fact that these hoodies are made to order and we are required to wait for the 'closing date' that we advertise on the listing for the hoodie before we can commence production. In this instance, our instructions were to deliver all hoodies to the school and for this reason, the listing clearly stated to select school delivery for your free delivery to school. Unfortunately, we are unable to disable the deliver to home option from our website and we do ask the school to communicate this out to the parents placing orders to avoid such problems. As you have mentioned, as soon as we became aware of the fact you had paid a delivery cost, we did in fact refund the cost of delivery. I can confirm that your order was shipped to the school on the 13th July and I can only apologise on their behalf for you not having received your items. If you would be kind enough to contact the school regarding this matter, I am sure they will be able to confirm that they do in fact have your order.

Sizes were at least one size smaller than labelled (child is 11 and normally wears age 12 clothes, ordered age 13 to allow growing room and it is a very snug fit), and print quality was poor. We were committed to this supplier as it had been chosen by the school, and no returns due to bespoke print.

Good morning Keith, I am sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your order. In terms of fit, we do put as much sizing information on our website as possible so that people like yourselves who are buying remotely can get as good a fit as possible. I will however, in light of your feedback, look into what other information we might be able to use for our online listings to help parents when sizing their items. In terms of the print quality - I am very sorry to hear this and this is not what we aim for at all. If you could send me an email on schoolwear@redoakroller.co.uk explaining the issues you have found with the print, then I will do my upmost to find a resolution for you as we do aim to send out high quality goods and we would like to understand how you feel we have fallen short on this.

Not happy with the delivery process. Pay £5 delivery and it's not tracked, so guess what royal mail think is okay to do when your not in? throw it over your garden gate, don't leave a calling card and allow your goods to get spoiled by the rain. I have no idea how long it sat in the garden but we have had down pours of rain so it got into the packaging. Not happy!

Good afternoon Roberta I am so sorry to hear that you have had problems with your delivery. Unfortunately, with smaller packages we are unable to use a courier service without increasing our delivery costs and for logistical reasons we are unable to use a tracked service with the Royal Mail. We do send most of our parcels out in waterproof bags, which I believe was the case with your order. I would urge you to take this matter up with your local sorting office as your parcel should certainly not have been treated this way. Kindest regards

The cardigan and jumper look more purple than navy blue, soon as its in the light it looks like purple uniform. The PE Tshirts I've gone up in size so they last and they just now. I hope my kids don't grow tall quick, can't see them lasting long I usually buy else where with the school showing you are doing the logo pe tshirts (this is new for the school this September) I've gone to you but I definitely won't be coming back here. I've sent a photo to the kids school to see if they will accept them looking purple,don't want to have wasted my money!

With regards to the Sweatshirts/Cardigans pictured above, I can assure you that these are the same colour Sweatshirts and Cardigans that we have always supplied to the school. I hope this goes some way to reassure you that they will be the same as the other students who have purchased through us over the years.

Sizing of burgandy shorts for holly trees completely out. My daughter is a standard 10-11yrs in clothes. I ordered age 9-10yrs based on her waist size. They are absolutely massive, look silly, like a skirt. The age 7-8yrs that I ordered for 7yr old son fits her. I now have to drive to return large ones that don't fit. Waste of money for me paying £4.95 delivery! Very unhappy.

I am very disappointed with the jumper having just received this on Thursday, having washed as per the instructions the writing o. The back has come off in places after the first wash.

I am sorry you were unhappy with our delivery timescales, the despatch dates were set by the school and was totally out of our hands. They asked us to set a window, allowing customers to order hoodies from 1/7/21 - 15/7/21 and then we agreed with them to send them out on this date and all hoodies were despatched the very next day on 16/7/21.

Why when I'm paying £5 for p&p it took you 4 days to post my daughters t-shirt which see needed for sports day! Obviously it didn't turn up in time. Your shop is down the road and it took 8 days for the order to turn up. Ridiculous. £18 well spent. NOT. Don't blame the delivery people it was your place that took 4 to 5 days posting my order! Why did it take so long to post it to me when I've paid over the odds for delivery in the first place!

You placed your order on 8/7/21 and it was actually despatched four working days later. We do sell the t-shirts in our store which could have been purchased before your daughters sports day. Good morning. Your goods were shipped on 4th June via Royal Mail 1st class and you were sent a despatch confirmation on this day. Can you please check with your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they have your parcel?

My order couldn't have been more wrong! I ordered 2 packs of short sleeve standard collar shirts. I received 1 pack of short sleeve rever collar, so my daughter couldn't wear a tie and 1 pack of long sleeved shirts, when I want short sleeve. If they weren't in stock when the order was processed I would of appreciated being told. The one star is for the lady I spoke to at Red Oak Roller, who was very apologetic and sent me a pre paid returns envelope to return for a refund, but also told me the shirts I wanted won,t be back in stock until 2021!

With regards to the shirts being out of stock, unfortunately due to this pandemic our suppliers are still experiencing long delays with acquiring stock, I do hope you have managed to purchase some shirts for your daughter.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that they did not get what they expected. We have done our best to put as much information and images to show exactly what it is that we are supplying. This product is a face covering not a face mask. Our product description does state it is not a surgical face mask which are for use by the NHS and care services. Thank you.
