Firstly I was pleased to find the moulding I needed which had previously proved so elusive ! secondly. even though there were some his ups with delivery the admin staff were very prompt in sorting out the courier issue. so yes. well done

I found Reddiseals stocked window cam locks for my existing windows that matched the ones on newly installed replacement windows. I thought they were a good price until I realised the two parts of the lock were sold separately. I am not sure why, but they matched what I needed so paid rather than look elsewhere. I also ordered some window pull hooks but they were out of stock, however suitable replacements offered and supplied. In addition, I bought some chrome screws as I thought screws would be more in keeping with chrome locks. However, these proved to be poor quality and two of the first four I used twisted off when tightened so best avoided; I used some I already had that whilst were not so attractive at least were up to the job. Nevertheless, the order was processed and queries on the out of stock items handled quickly.

Having placed an order with Reddiseals for an item on next day deliver I was informed that the item was NOT in stock and would take about a month to be available. (Mid/end Feb.) This is clearly bad practice and ,in my opinion, should be shown on their website. Reddiseals have contacted me and I am awaiting the products as soon as they are restocked.

Product initially ordered was subsequently advised 'out of stock' and I was asked if I wanted to wait or select an alternative. My selected alternative was in stock, was charged at the same price as my original selection (although slightly more expensive) and was delivered by post within 24 hours

Order came quickly, although we paid the extortionate fee if £8.50 for next day delivery (there was no other choice) it arrived within 2 days. what we ordered is exactly as shown, would definitely use again. But guys please change your delivery fee

After an initial problem with the courier losing the shipment, Reddiseals shipped a new consignment which arrived the following day. Good customer service when things don't go to plan.

The sash window stoppers are well made and work well. I would like to mention that the above order was packed in a small jiffy bag but your delivery company, DX, had wrapped it in a very large (about A2 size) plastic bag. This is completely unnecessary and wasteful - they could very easily have stuck their address label directly on to the jiffy bag. Please can you ask DX to think more about plastic waste and make an effort to reduce the use of plastic. Thank you, Christopher Hill

Product great but i would have liked diffrent postal options.... i wasnt bothered about 24hour depatch... as it is it came after two days! and the box was broken but product fine.. I did email to see about different post options. I had no reply, good product though

Only delivery option I could see was Next Day at £8.50. Order placed a.m. and failed to arrive next day, but 24 hours later. Sadly this meant I was unable to use the Heritage Putty in the dry weather of the anticipated delivery day. It has rained since! I was aware that the website put a warning that delays may be possible but with no apparent choice for delivery I feel that the delivery cost was too high, hence not 5 star.

The product is good, but a bit pricey. Add to that the additional postage and only sent second class then there is room for improvement on both price and the time waiting for it to arrive. Filled some gaps in existing window putty and put in a whole bead. Easy enough to work and a nice finish. Electric gun to apply would definitely be an advantage as it was a little hard going. The following day it was still a little pliable to the point of thinking it hadn’t yet cured, but it could be painted over. Whether this turns out to be good value or not depends on how it fairs over time. At the moment I would say that I would buy it again.

Excellent service. I used Reddiseals web page to calculate which sash balance I needed and they were delivered next working day with plenty of status updates. Postage a bit pricey though.
