“I was very pleased with the product, the pricing was very competitive. My only niggle was that although the next day courier delivery was on time, for the fee of around £7 I would have expected packaging that did not almost disintegrate in transit. The cardboard box was squashed and open at both ends, luckily the contents were still inside. Your P&P element costs you a 5 star rating.”

Good morning Allan Thank you for your review, your feedback is very important. I am pleased that your goods arrived and were usable but I am disappointed that our packaging didn't hold up on this occasion. This is being reviewed by our despatch department as normally our goods are packed as compactly as possible to suit the product. I apologise as on this occasion we fell short. Kind regards Teresa

“My order for secure window stops was processed and delivered efficiently and on time. My only comment would be from your website it did not appear to be possible to order just the stops without the screw plugs, striker plates and key none of which I wanted.”

“DIY refurb of my old sash windows. I found the Reddiseal beads, seals and weights just what I needed. Good info online for purchasing and fitting. Significant improvement to sliding and play of the windows, in addition to draughtproofing.”

“I have bought from Reddiseals on anf off for 15+ years. Prices for ironmongery and timber products have always been very good ( I know all the suppliers and shop around for the best deals depending on what I need ) compared to anyone else. Quality and delivery have always been ok. When there was an issue with stock they took the time to let me know what was happening and gave me options so overall very good.”

“Window trim arrived well packed. Delivered quickly. DX couriers tracking on the other hand is terrible! Waste of time looking at their tracking when it was saying east grinstead on the location when it was coming to surrey!!”

“Sadly it seems that they no longer make the visible Pully Cover although it is still shown on the website. Had to make do with the hidden one which fits reasonably well but is not perfect. Otherwise the transaction and delivery were very good.”

“Very nice of them to ring me (while I was in tesco) to tell me they are missing some items from my order so would hold it over if I am agreeable until end of next week. Also very honourable to tell me how to buy in future to make a saving.”
