“Very good selection of items, with excellent photos and descriptions. Nicky was very helpful when I rang up. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the online site does not tell you if what you have ordered is out of stock.”

“Easy to use web site. Good products and nice people. Shame about the delivery company. Nothing put through front door to tell you it's next door. Previous delivery was dumped in my front garden.”

“I found Reddiseals online. A nice and easy website. everything delivered as agreed. The only complaint is that I didn't need the materials next day but could not find any way of just using ordinary post! it would be 5 stars otherwise.”

“Order arrived in a timely manner, unfortunately the colours did not match up to the samples I had been sent so will have to return them but the lady there is doing all she can to help. Excellent customer service”

“Website easy to use and order from. Delivery prompt and fittings as described. Feel solid and well made. The shipping cardboard box was quite damaged and distorted but the contents were fine as wrapped in bubble wrap or their own box In the case of door handles. May want to think about using sturdier shipping boxes when the load is heavy and likely to move around.”

“My first order at Reddiseals. Didn't receive it the next day, was told by a member off staff after I had sent a message there was a glitch and my order was not processed that day. Ordered on Thursday received on Monday. Items are pretty much labelled and in small sealed bags which is useful as the screws were kept together. Courier dx didn't have exact location or order of drop off list by the driver which more companies have for notification when to look out that day. Overall happy with purchase now to get 10 percent off my next order for writing this review.”

“Ordered online but apparently out of stock. Received a phone call next day to apologise and given. As revised delivery date. In the current situation that’s good service! I’m in lockdown so have plenty of time. Rest of survey is not therefore applicable, should I have received this in the circumstances?”

“The Brighton fastener is nice but the screws provided were hopeless. You would be better to provide posidrive screws even if a slightly different colour as the screws you provided would not grip in the screwdriver and could not effectively be used with an electric screwdriver / electric drill attachment. I had to replace the screws. I am still planning to buy more of these but will provide my own screws.”
